Extract parameters from an AlphaPept YAML configuration file.

Parameters:

fname (pathlib.Path) – Path to the AlphaPept configuration file.

Returns:

The extracted parameters as a ProteoBenchParameters object.

Return type:

ProteoBenchParameters
